Euro Insurance

In case CASCO policy is through Euro Insurances, part of LeasePlan Group activating in Romania based on the international partnership with claim handler Crawford, you take benefit of followings:

• dedicated person for setting the date, time and location for damage inspection;
• monitoring the entire process, starting with opening the damage file until repair is finalized;
• better coordination of the relationship with the insurer, considering that both companies are part of the same group;
• reports regarding damage ratio (per driver, per total fleet), at any moment during policy validity;
• improved flexibility in building the insurance package.

In case of any event, the procedure includes the following steps:

Step 1 - Contact LeasePlan Romania.

Step 2 - Fill in the Amicable Report.

Step 3 - Within 48 hours from user notification to LeasePlan, a representative of claim handler will contact the user in order to open the claims file.

Step 4 - User request a service appointment with the authorized LeasePlan body repair shops. When vehicle is repaired, the workshop representative will notify the driver in order to pick-up the car.

LP can go with the damaged car in workshop for repairs, against payment (18 EUR+ VAT) per event.Tariff 0,35 EUR/km + VAT for moving of the vehicle.
