Returning your LeasePlan vehicle
You will return your LeasePlan vehicle to an address notified by LeasePlan and agreed by you.
Please follow these steps before returning your vehicle:
1. take any personal items from the vehicle;
2. leave the service book and driver guide inside the vehicle;
3. hand over the keys to the LeasePlan delivering dealer.
The respective LeasePlan dealer will prepare a handover sheet in two copies, of which one is yours to keep. You will also deliver a set of documents and accessories upon return.
Warning! Upon return, please make sure the outside and inside of the vehicle are clean!

The following documents and accessories shall be delivered to the LeasePlan dealer upon returning your vehicle:
- Original registration certificate, with evidence of valid Regular Technical Inspection (ITP)
- Third party liability insurance and Green Card,
- LeasePlan Client Card,
- Fuel Card,
- Vignette,
- First aid kit,
- 2 warning triangles,
- Fire extinguisher,
- Spare wheel,
- Wheel brace,
- Jack,
- Tool kit,
- Towing hook.
Additional costs charged in case of handover the car with missing parts, as in table below:

After returning your vehicle, an authorised expert shall assess the vehicle’s overall condition, in accordance with the provisions laid down in the Fair Wear and Tear Guide below:
LeasePlan will provide your company with a copy of the report regarding the general condition of the vehicle. Should the vehicle present any unacceptable damages according to the Wear and Tear Guide attached, LeasePlan shall invoice the value of the repairs according to the evaluation report. The invoice shall be due for the client irrespective if the vehicle is really repaired, relocated or sold by LeasePlan.
