Based on the situation, the call center operator is able to offer, at client’s choice, the following solutions:
- towing on Romanian territory up to the nearest authorized workshop, for a maximum distance of 100 km round trip
- towing outside the country to the nearest authorized workshop, for a maximum distance of 300 km round trip
- repairs
- replacement car (2 days X 4 events/year)
- charge back for costs with public transportation, in case of continuing the trip or recovering the vehicle from service (for cases occurred abroad the expenses are covered up to maximum 500 euro)
- passengers accommodation, in case the vehicle repair takes no longer than one day.
